Nationality: danish.

Married to Eva Gandorf Michaelsen. Children: Sofia and Emilia.

Lars has been riding his bike since the age of 4. He joined the local bike-club "Lyngby Cycle Club" when he was 11 years old and immediately he began to participate in competitions. After 14 years as an amateur, he turned professional in 1994.
Accomplishing 14 seasons as professional the year 2007 was Lars' last season and "Paris - Roubaix" april 15'th. 2007 was Lars' last race..... All good things comes to an end! 

Lars' routes of training have since 2001 been on the roads in the Lucca area, so you can have faith in "Your Route Designer".
